Note: This policy applies to consumer purchases (B2C) only. For business, trade, or hospitality orders (B2B), separate terms apply.
Shipping
We process each order as quickly as possible. Orders are shipped only to the countries listed below. At this time, express delivery is not available. Free standard shipping applies to all orders from €150.

Please ensure that delivery can take place at the address provided by you or a designated recipient. Delivery is completed once the products are physically received. We mainly ship with DPD and Bpost. If a shipment is delayed or missing, we will open an investigation with the carrier. This does not affect your statutory right to withdraw from the contract.
If we cannot deliver within 30 calendar days, you may cancel the order for a full refund. Delivered products remain our property until paid in full. Risk transfers upon physical receipt. Ownership does not grant rights to our intellectual property.
Returns & Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within thirty (30) days from the day after delivery, without giving any reason. For multiple items delivered separately, the period starts when you receive the last item.
To exercise this right, notify us before the withdrawal period expires at info@qoozii.com and include your order number.
Refunds: We refund the full purchase price and any standard delivery costs paid (express or supplementary delivery charges are not refunded). Refunds are made within 14 days of your withdrawal notice, but may be withheld until we receive the goods or you provide proof of return.
Return shipping: Return costs are your responsibility. You may use our prepaid label (€10, deducted from your refund) or arrange your own return. Returned items must be unused and in re-sellable condition with all protective materials, labels, and original packaging. We may deduct for any loss of value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Exclusions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised/customised goods; perishable goods; or sealed goods not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery.

Warranty
QOOZII lamps are covered by the EU legal guarantee of conformity for two (2) years. Rechargeable batteries include a one (1) year commercial warranty, which is in addition to your statutory rights. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse contrary to the instructions.
Dispose of electrical products and batteries responsibly. Products bearing the crossed-out wheeled bin symbol must be collected separately at local WEEE/battery collection points. Do not dispose of them with household waste.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms excludes your statutory consumer rights or our liability for intent, gross negligence, death, personal injury, or fraud. If we are held liable, compensation is limited to the total amount paid for the products concerned.
Force Majeure
We are not responsible for fulfilling obligations in cases of force majeure (events beyond our reasonable control). If force majeure continues for longer than two (2) months, either party may terminate the agreement by written notice, with refund of any undelivered products.
