Do I need an account to shop?
No account needed — you can check out as a guest. Creating a free Account login is optional but makes it easier to track orders, save details, and shop faster next time.
How do I place an order?
Browse our Collections, choose your cordless lamp, add to cart, and check out. You’ll receive an instant confirmation by email.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bancontact, iDEAL, and other EU options. All payments are secure and confirmed instantly.
Can I request an invoice or use a VAT number?
Yes. VAT invoices are available for registered B2B customers. If you’re not registered, simply email info@qoozii.com with your order number and VAT details — we’ll send you an invoice.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes — if your order hasn’t shipped yet. Just email info@qoozii.com with your order number. Once it’s dispatched, changes aren’t possible, but you can return it within 14 days under our Returns Policy.
What if a lamp is out of stock?
You’ll see the restock date on the product page. You can still order now, and we’ll ship as soon as it’s back in stock. For urgent needs, Contact us — we’ll confirm timing or suggest alternatives.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
Across the EU and most EEA countries. Currently we don’t deliver outside Europe. Full list in our Shipping Policy.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free for orders of €75+.
How long does delivery take?
Orders leave our warehouse in 1–2 business days. Delivery takes 1–3 days in Belgium, 2–4 days in neighboring countries, and 3–5 days for the rest of the EU.
Do you offer express or expedited shipping?
Not at the moment. We ship with trusted carriers like DPD and Bpost, and most orders arrive within the delivery times in our Shipping Policy.
How do I track my order?
Once shipped, you’ll get a tracking link by email. You can also check in your Account login.
How are the lamps packaged for shipping?
With care. Each lamp comes in its own branded box, then packed inside a sturdy outer carton. This double-boxing with paper filler ensures your lamp arrives safe and secure.
What if my order is delayed or lost?
Check your tracking first. If something looks wrong, contact us — we’ll investigate with the carrier. If your parcel is lost, don’t worry: we’ll send a replacement or refund you fully.
Returns
What is your return policy?
Changed your mind? No problem. You can return any lamp within 14 days of delivery if it’s unused and in its original packaging. Lamps must be in new condition, with protective wrapping and labels intact. Just email info@qoozii.com to get started. See Returns Policy for full details.
What does it cost to return?
We provide a prepaid return label. A flat €10 fee per return is deducted from your refund.
How long until I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your lamp, we refund within 14 days to your original payment method.
Can I exchange instead of returning?
Yes — just let us know what you’d like instead when requesting your return. Exchanges depend on stock availability.
What if my lamp is faulty?
If your lamp arrives damaged or develops a fault, email us with photos. It’s covered by our 2-year Warranty (1 year for the battery) — we’ll replace or repair it free of charge.

How long does the battery last?

How do I charge the lamp?
Most models use a contact charging base (included); Bali uses USB-C. Just set it down and charging starts. Extras available in Accessories.
How long does a full recharge take
Depending on the model, 2–6 hours. Smaller lamps charge faster; larger lanterns take longer.
When should I charge my lamp
Recharge when the light blinks or dims. Topping up after use is fine, but avoid leaving it plugged in for days once full.
How many charging cycles will the battery last?
Our batteries are good for 400+ full cycles before noticeable wear — that’s several years of use.
Can I replace the battery?
Yes — all QOOZII lamps have replaceable packs. Order a spare battery anytime or ask Support for help.
How bright are the lamps?
Models range from 100 lumens (soft glow) to 220 lumens (bright enough for dining or reading).
Are they dimmable or color-adjustable?
Yes. Smooth dimming 5%–100% and warm-white tones (2200K–3000K), all by touch.
Can I use them outdoors?
Yes! With IP65 rating, they’re rain- and dust-resistant — ideal for terraces, gardens, or restaurant tables. Their cordless, dimmable glow creates instant ambiance.
Are QOOZII lamps safe and certified
Absolutely. All meet CE, UKCA, and WEEE standards, and are low-voltage and flame-free — safe for homes and busy venues.
Can I charge multiple lamps at once?
Yes, with our Multi Charging Station, designed for households and hospitality.
Are QOOZII lamps sustainable?
Yes. Replaceable batteries, durable materials, and long lifespans mean less waste and more value. Old batteries can be recycled under EU WEEE rules.
Care
How do I clean my lamp?
Wipe gently with a soft cloth. A little mild soap and water is fine for fingerprints. Avoid abrasives and never submerge.
Do they handle weather?
Yes — IP65 means rain and dust are no problem. For storms or freezing cold, bring them inside to keep them at their best.
Can extreme temperatures affect the lamp?
Yes. Use between 0°C–40°C. Extreme heat or cold may shorten battery life.
How should I store them long-term?
Charge to 50–80%, store in a cool, dry place, and give a quick top-up every few months.
How do I dispose of a lamp or battery?
Never in household trash. Please recycle via local collection points or contact us for WEEE-compliant disposal.
Support
My lamp won’t turn on. What should I do?
Make sure it’s charged and seated properly on the base. If it still won’t light, try another outlet. If the problem continues, Contact us — we’ll help.
The lamp blinks or shuts off quickly. Why?
That’s the low-battery signal. Recharge fully and it should work fine. If it keeps blinking after charging, the battery may need replacing.
Why won’t my lamp charge?
Check that the base is plugged in and the contacts are clean. Re-seat the lamp firmly. If it still won’t charge, contact Support for a replacement adapter.
Where can I buy spare chargers or accessories?
Find them in Accessories. If you need something special, email us and we’ll source it for you.
What warranty do I get?
All lamps are covered by a 2-year warranty, with 1 year on the battery.

Do I need a trade account to order?
Yes. Register via the Trade Portal with your company and VAT details. Once approved, you’ll see trade pricing and can place orders directly.
Do you offer trade discounts or volume pricing?
Yes. We work with tiered pricing depending on order size. For large projects, request a tailored Quote.
What are your payment terms?
- Standard: Net 30 days from invoice
- Prepayment may be requested for first or large orders
Can I request a pro-forma invoice or quotation?
Yes. We provide pro-forma invoices (valid 30 days) for budgeting or approvals. Request one through Request a Quote.
How does delivery work for B2B orders?
- In stock: dispatch within a few business days
- Backorders: confirmed ship date once stock replenishes
- Terms: default EXW Belgium

How do I charge multiple lamps at once?
Use our Multi Charging Station. It charges 6 lamps at once and can be stacked up to 18. Designed for restaurants, hotels, and event venues.
Are QOOZII lamps certified for professional use?
Yes. All models carry CE, comply with WEEE, are Safety Class III, and tested under UN38.3 for battery transport.
Do you offer branding or customization?
Yes. We can engrave logos or apply custom finishes for bulk orders. Lead times and MOQs apply — contact us via Request a Quote.

How do I report a defect?
Email our After-Sales team within 5 days of delivery for transport damages, or anytime during warranty for defects. Include order number and photos. We’ll repair, replace, or credit as appropriate.
